Midsummer at the Spa

Come and experience an authentic and traditional Midsummer celebration from 19 to 21 June 2026 at Ruissalo Spa. The spa’s Midsummer celebrations combine the archipelago atmosphere, summer togetherness and Finnish Midsummer traditions.

The programme includes, among other things:

  • A flower wreath workshop
  • Music and a relaxed party atmosphere
  • Sausages
  • Midsummer bonfire on the beach, weather permitting

You can join in the spa’s Midsummer celebrations whether you’re just popping in or staying for the whole weekend. Check out the programme below:

Midsummer’s Eve, Friday 19 June 

07.00–11.00 Breakfast at the Aava restaurant
08.00–21.00 Saunas and swimming pool area open
12.00–14.00 Flower wreath workshop in the conference hall, €15 per person, payment at reception
14.00–16.00 Sausage platter served on the patio, price €12
14.30–15.30 Accordion music on the summer terrace (in the spa lobby in case of inclement weather)
17.00–22.00 Summer buffet at the Aava restaurant
20.00–23.00 Music on the spa’s summer terrace: Kalle Klotz & Susanna Pihlaja perform (in the spa lobby in the event of inclement weather)
21.00 Lighting of the Midsummer bonfire on the shore of the spa bay (weather permitting)
