Meeting room and technology

Your meeting room is equipped with a screen or projection wall, data projector, flip chart, notepads and pens, Wi-Fi and iced water. A laptop is available on request.

Furniture and room layout

The meeting room tables can be arranged in the style of your choice. We kindly ask you to confirm your preferred layout no later than one week before your meeting.

Breakout rooms

Additional spaces (breakout and/or meeting rooms) are available at a charge depending on size, starting from €150 per room per day.

Meeting arrangements

Our experienced staff will assist with the practicalities of your meeting on site. They will ensure your requested layout and signage are ready in the meeting room, and provide guidance with the room’s technical equipment if needed.

Soft drinks for lunch and the meeting room

You may pre-order a selection of mineral waters and/or soft drinks for the meeting room or lunch. Drinks are charged according to consumption.

Room welcome gifts

Would you like to pleasantly surprise the participants? You can pre-order fruit, snacks or drinks to be delivered to their rooms. You may also provide your own gifts, which we will place in the rooms for you. Delivery fee €6 per room. You can browse our different room welcome options here.

Activities

We can arrange a wide variety of activities and side programmes for your group. These include physical activities (such as spa asahi and sound bowl relaxation), wellbeing lectures (on topics like rest and recovery, brain health and physical capacity), and fun, team-building experiences such as a nature escape game, sparkling wine yoga, mocktail school, garden Olympics or a flower workshop. There are many options – ask us for more details and let’s find the best fit for your group together!

Sauna and pool area

The spa area features a Finnish sauna and three pools: a warm jacuzzi, a recreation pool and an exercise pool. Direct access to the sea is also available for swimming; in winter, a heated pathway ensures safe access to the ice hole. Use of the sauna and pool area is included in the room rate for groups staying overnight. For non-resident groups, a separate quote can be requested.

Gym

The spa’s gym offers a wide range of equipment in spacious and well-equipped facilities. Use of the gym is included in the room rate for groups staying overnight. For non-resident groups, a separate quote can be requested.

Golf

The Aura Golf course is located near the spa. Green fee tickets can be arranged through us.

Parking

There is a paid parking area in front of Ruissalo Spa. Parking fees are €1 per hour and €10 per 24 hours. Parking with a parking disc is free of charge for two hours.

If your group arrives by coach, bus parking is available free of charge in the yard.
