The gym at Ruissalo Spa has been renewed. OLOFitness Ruissalo offers a refined setting for those who value both effective training and holistic recovery.
Train in inspiring sea views using high-quality Matrix equipment. The gym’s versatile range of machines ensures a smooth and varied workout experience for both cardio and strength training, suitable for all fitness levels.
Saunas, pools and the sea are included in the price
After your workout, continue your recovery in the spa’s sauna and pool area. Enjoy the warmth of the sauna, relax in the whirlpool or finish your session with a refreshing dip in the sea.
Access to the OLOFitness gym is included for hotel guests. Other visitors are warmly welcome to purchase single-entry tickets or multi-visit passes at the hotel reception or the spa service desk.
