The Ruissalo Spa is a center for sports, health, and well-being. Take time for yourself and relax in the warm waters of the Spa!

The Spa’s bright and spacious pool area has three pools:

  • Swimming and exercise pools, water temperature 26.5°C
  • Warm vitality pool, water temperature 35°C
  • The maximum depth of the pools is 140 cm
  • The indoor temperature of the pool area is 27°C

From the pool area, you can go swimming in the sea all year round. The bravest can even plunge into an ice hole in winter and then rush to the warmth of the sauna.

The spa has two saunas, in addition to which there is a bookable order sauna.

Age limit

Guests aged 14 and over are welcome to the spa on their own, while those under 14 must be accompanied by an adult.

A lifeguard is present during opening hours.

Children with an adult

Children under 7 years old may use the same changing room as their guardian, regardless of gender.

Children aged 7 and above use the changing facilities assigned to them.
